big loop at park (35:05) and 1 mile on golf course, planning on 50 mi/wk this week

first ran big loop in 34:12, then ran back to swinging bridge and ran on golf course, 75min total.  legs felt really good, might have been a bit more or less than 10.25

off, didn't want to but had to

ran big loop in 31:57, then ran from swimming pool to home in 16:44 (2.51mi, 6:40 pace)

used my new garmin on trail but i know distance wasn't accurate, it said the big loop was 4.11mi and my avg pace was 7:46 which i know is wrong, still not sure how long but probably around 7.6-7.7mi,

also used it from pool to house and it was accurate

big loop in about 33 min (maybe a bit faster or slower), then 2.5 on golf course at 7:10 pace, so 7:10-15 avg pace for 7 miles

big loop, then 19:00 on golf course, felt like 7:15-25 pace

big loop (around 7:15 pace) then 2.5 (probably a little more) on golf course, last mile in 6:32
