ran at catoosa, untimed. legs felt so-so
ran at park, legs felt good, relaxed run (ran 30min so might have been a little less than 4)

1st 2 were easy, legs just a bit tired on last one, but felt good
at tanzi. was gonna do 6 but figured i should take it easy so i can run good on sat
and 4x80m strides. legs feel pretty good. meet tommorow
