felt like crap, i think im going faster when im actually going slower, i need to do more race pace intervals
ran 2 on treadmill at the Rush then 4 at the battlefield ~30 min later
5.75 @ 6:42 then 1.25, was gonna do the full 7 but had to slow down due to upset stomach. ran at 9:00 in FL, very nice run, felt good
